Next week in Coronation Street, Tracy’s feeling the strain, Nathan exploits Bethany’s guilt and Rosie’s in for a shock as she continues too hunt down Sally’s troll.
Having been arrested for attacking Ken, Adam tells the police that he was briefly in no. 1 on the night of Ken’s assault as he to collect some money Amy had left for him.
Confiding in Tracy that she hates Ken as he refused to lend her the money to buy the florists, Tracy’s further troubled that Amy attacked Ken.
The police follow up Adam’s claims with Amy but she denies all knowledge, but Tracy is sure she’s lying and searches Amy’s bedroom. But what will she find?
Later on next week, Tracy begins to fear the worst about Amy and suspects that her daughter might have tried to kill Ken.
Convinced that Adam was his assailant Ken builds bridges with the rest of the Barlows as the police interview Adam again, telling him that Amy denied all knowledge of the money. Fuming, Adam points the finger at Tracy.
The police discuss Adam’s release, concluding that Tracy and Amy know more than they’re letting on and it’s time to pay them another visit. Promising her a surprise holiday, Tracy orders Amy to pack a bag, having retrieved her passport from Steve.
Todd’s put by Billy’s ex, Drew, who arrive with Billy’s goddaughter, Summer, announcing that they’re moving to Weatherfield.
He’s also unnerved when Drew questions him on him and Billy’s plans for the future and after finding out that Billy has arranged to meet Drew for dinner, he’s convinced that Drew is planning to split them up.
After confronting Drew over his apparent intention to split him and Billy up, Drew reveals the real reason for his move to Weatherfield, which leaves both Billy and Todd stunned.
Dev and Aidan go head to head recruiting opposing teams for the pup quiz and Brian and Cathy grow closer.
Sick with worry, Sarah and Gary resolve to have it out with Nathan whilst his mates gather in his flat for a party, Neil watches Bethany admiringly.
Calling downstairs at the tanning salon, Sarah and Gary order Bethany to come home but Nathan insists that Bethany should stay away from Gary, claiming he’s clearly a dangerous man.
At her wit’s end, Sarah resolves to try and make Bethany see what a creep Nathan is. With Bethany in earshot, Nathan fakes a call to his bank, feigning financial problems.
Lying to Bethany, Mel tells her the bank is threatening to close down the salon. Alone in the flat, Bethany’s startled when a guy calls to collect Nathan’s camera equipment and when Nathan returns to find the equipment gone he tears into Bethany.
Apologising for his rant, Nathan explains that the equipment belongs to Neil but as he has a soft spot for Bethany, perhaps if she were to meet him for a drink it will go some way to making amends.
As Bethany prepares for her date with Neil, Nathan assures her she’ll have Neil eating out of her hand. Determined to win her daughter back, Sarah tells Gary she’s booked a flat viewing on Victoria Street so Bethany can have her own room.
Bethany’s gutted as she watches them go, assuming they’re planning a new life without her. Telling Mary she’ll be fine with Nathan, Bethany leaves.
Dressed to the nines she meets up with Neil in a bar who takes Bethany back to the flat as Nathan is arranging a party.
When they arrive, Nathan urges Bethany to keep up the good work with Neil. When Neil leads Bethany towards the bedroom, she looks to Nathan, willing him to come to her rescue. But when Nathan gives her an encouraging smile will Bethany go with Neil?
An upset Torah promises to phone the clinic after Peter tells her that they should put the IVF on hold until he’s cleared his name over Ken’s attack.
However she later admits to Leanne that she went behind Peter’s back and had the embryos implanted as planned.
After finding Leah skulking outside no.4. she makes out to Rosie that she wanted to check Sally hadn’t had any more messages from her step-mum.
As Rosie stakes out Leah’s house, she’s surprised to see Leah emerge with her step-mum… Gina, Sally’s sister!
Wanting to expose Gina to Sally, Leah begs Rosie not to, bitterly explaining that Gina’s been ill but with no support from Sally, it’s fallen to her to look after her. Rosie’s shocked and back at home she tells Sophie that Auntie Gina is Sally’s stalker.
