As the Platts gather in the bistro for Audrey’s birthday tea, with the party in full swing, Sam slips away and hides in the office, clearly traumatised.

After David and Shona spell out to her that she owes Sam an apology, Lily admits to Sam that she locked him out of the classroom on purpose. Sam’s furious, and a row breaks out.
