Admitting she took the food van, a sheepish Debbie hands it back to Zeedan. And having retrieved Hashim’s dirty cash, Zeedan assures Alya they just need to sit tight and wait for the insurance money. But Alya’s awash with guilt.
When Kelly overhears Elaine telling Yasmeen that as soon as the insurance money comes through, she wants to sell her share of Speed Daal, Kelly accuses them of torching the restaurant.
As the police start to suspect the fire might have been arson, Alya’s terrified, especially when they ask to see the accounts.
While Yasmeen is being interviewed, Hashim calls at No.6 and starts threatening Zeedan and Alya. But as he pulls out his phone, he sinks to his knees, clutching his chest and Zeedan goes to call an ambulance.
Later, Zeedan tells the police how Hashim has been threatening him and he confessed to starting the fire with the intention of killing him.
