Billy worries he's turning into his father as he almost turns violent against Will in EastEnders

Keeping Stevie close, can Billy get to the bottom of why he’s back?

FOR WEEK COMMENCING 6TH MAY

When Honey tries to persuade Billy to give Stevie a chance, he’s adamant that he’s allowed nowhere near their family.

Later, in the café, Stevie bumps into Lexi, Will and Janet and tries to get to know them all better over lunch.

When Billy hears about the lunch, he storms over to The Vic to warn Stevie off but Honey insists the kids have a right to get to know their granddad.

As he continues to refuse Honey’s pleas to let the kids see Stevie, Billy flies off the handle when he sees Will with his grandad at the café and the situation almost turns violent, leaving Billy horrified that he’s turning into his father.

After Phil advises him to keep Stevie close and find out what he’s really after, Billy, against his better judgment, meets Stevie for a drink and demands to know what he really wants.

When Stevie insists he’s a lonely old man who just wants to get to know his family, Billy invites him over leaving Honey, Will and Janet shocked to arrive home and find him there.
