Brody's arrested as Theo's murder investigation takes a dramatic turn in Corrie

After Lisa tells Todd that she’s interviewed Danielle, in the visiting room, a distressed Summer reveals to Todd that she’s considering pleading guilty to manslaughter as it seems her only option.

Heartbroken for her, Todd opens up to Sarah before asking Lisa if he can have his phone back from the police now, but her response floors him.

Later, Lisa moans to Carla about her new boss and how she’s happy to let Summer take the rap for Theo’s murder without looking further afield.

With Todd’s phone having been found at a pawn shop, Lisa orders it to be sent to Forensics.

Later, Sally and Tim watch in shock as Lisa arrives to arrest Brody on suspicion of theft, after Forensics found his fingerprints all over Todd’s phone. As Lisa leads a protesting Brody to her car, Kit listens with concern.

Can Brody explain himself, or is he in the frame for Theo’s murder?
