Brody threatens to expose Idris as Carla prepares to sell Underworld in Corrie

Can Idris keep him quiet?

Having shown the loss adjuster around the factory, Carla tells Lisa that she doubts they’ll pay out. Meanwhile, Brody watches in disgust as Idris heads over and pretends to be sympathetic.

Having received an email from Carla informing them that she’s selling the factory, Sally and Sean are gutted.

Calling at the pub, Brody finds Sally in tears and later confronts a furious Idris, threatening to tell Carla what he did.

Later in the café, Carla tells Sean that nobody is more upset about the factory than she is, and the last thing she wants is to lay everyone off, but she has no choice. And Idris feigns sympathy.

In the Rovers, Idris corners Brody and assures him that once the factory is his, the workers will get their jobs back and on better money.
