Cain’s affected when he sees newspaper headlines about Moira’s murder charges and remains resolute in his determination to protect her at all costs.

When Sarah subtly checks in on his health, Cain insists that Moira’s predicament is the only thing they need to worry about, and Sarah supports Cain at his appointment at the hospital.

The consultant explains the treatment will be a radical prostatectomy, which clearly troubles Sarah despite her supportive front.

Once alone, Cain prepares to battle cancer without Moira but becomes frustrated and scrunches up the hospital leaflet, unsure if he's strong enough.
