Meanwhile, Denise continues to worry about Jack’s investigation into Ravi and tries to persuade him to reconsider.

When Ravi later walks into The Vic with a date, Denise is jealous and learns they're heading to the same hotel of their last dalliance.

On Callum's first day in his new role, things get off to a rocky start when other members of the force give him a nickname and Jack sets out to stamp out this behaviour in the team.

After getting Callum to work trailing through CCTV footage of Ravi, Jack leaves for a family meal with Ricky Jr and after some words of advice from Ben, Callum makes a decision.

EastEnders continues Mondays to Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One
