In the cafe, Adam attempts to flirt with Alina but she gives him short shrift. And after Sarah, Kirk, Todd, Alina and Paul meet in Speed Daal for a team-building evening, Kirk produces a quiz that he’s written and instructs the factory gang to get into teams.
But when Adam tries to chat up Alina, Sarah is less than impressed. When the team-building evening ends, Adam wonders if Alina would like to go out sometime.
Later, the factory girls gossip about Adam’s designs on Alina and when Sarah catches him chatting Alina up outside the factory, she launches a tirade of abuse at him.
Having arrived back from her sailing holiday with Peter, Carla approaches the factory with a new client and finds Sarah screeching like a fishwife.
Warning Alina to steer clear of Adam, Carla tells her that he's only using her to get at Sarah. But when Adam suggests dinner, will Alina accept?
