Carter drags John Paul to the water for a baptism in Hollyoaks

And Beau puts himself in danger as he goes to rescue Kitty from Declan.

FOR WEEK COMMENCING 20TH MAY

At the lake, a terrified John Paul pleads for his life as Carter tells him he is going to baptise him and drags him to the water. Later, Carter refuses to admit what he was doing.

Back at the lake, Declan has Kitty locked in a room and at the cabin, Kitty pleads with her father who misgenders her and refuses to let her out.

When Beau shows Sally and John Paul a photo of Kitty, he recognises the location and Beau goes to search for her. Finding Kitty tied up at the cabin, she tells him her dad has taken her.

With Kitty injured, Beau goes to get the car but Declan finds him and knocks him unconscious. Petrified, Kitty screams for help

Later, both Kitty and Beau panic, as she begs him not to go to the police and the pair have no idea what to do.

When Kitty opens up to Beau about how she is finally free, they agree to just flee the scene and at the village Beau promises to keep quiet about ‘Ivy’.

And John Paul tries to talk to Kitty and Beau as she opens up about her experiences of conversion therapy.
