Celebs include Bimini, Katie Price and Kerry Katona!

Channel 4 has announced Celebrity Hunted, a new four-part celebrity version of the hit series Handcuffed: Last Pair Standing, which was recently confirmed to be returning for a second series.

Hosted by Jonathan Ross, Celebrity Hunted sees five pairs of celebrities with completely opposed opinions, beliefs, lifestyles, and bad habits, handcuffed together 24/7 in the ultimate test of survival.

The fiery pairings include the UK’s most famous glamour model and a Reform politician, a football legend and a drag icon, a former girl group star and the son of a princess, an “it-girl” socialite and a reality star turned women’s rights campaigner and a celebrity DJ and an aristocrat.

The pairings are...

Bimini with Neil Ruddock

DJ Fat Tony with Princess Olga Romanov

Georgia Harrison MBE with Lady Victoria Hervey

Katie Price with Rt Hon Suella Braverman MP

Kerry Katona with Mark-Francis Vandelli

Speaking ahead of Celebrity Hunted, host Jonathan Ross said "I loved being part of the civilian series of Handcuffed, and I can't wait to see how the celebrity version pans out. I've done my fair share of celebrity shows, but nothing quite like this. It's chaotic, it's hilarious, and I'm so excited for viewers to see what happens when you handcuff a group of famous faces together and put them under pressure. It could of course be a disaster. But it could also be the best thing on TV next year!"

To which Channel 4's Commissioning Editor, Tim Hancock added "Celebrity Handcuffed takes a format audiences couldn’t stop talking about and supercharges it with some truly unexpected pairings."

"Just like the civilian series, the celebrity version will be laugh-out-loud funny, gloriously awkward and full of surprises, and will capture something bigger about modern Britain: even when we seem to disagree on almost everything, we might have more in common than we think."

And Amy Willetts, Series Producer for 72 Films said "Bringing together celebrities from wildly different worlds, Celebrity Handcuffed asks what happens when big egos collide. At its heart, it's a celebration of friendship and tolerance, giving viewers a fresh look and understanding of the famous faces they thought they knew. But for those who crack under the pressure, expect fireworks."

The first civilian series was a huge streaming success, with over 2 million views of episode one alone. It performed particularly well with 16-34s, with episode one reaching a young share of 24.3%. When compared to the slot average, this was up 140%.

Made by 72 Films, a Fremantle Company, Celebrity Hunted is series directed by Ben Allen, series produced by Amy Willetts, line produced by Pam Sealy, and executive produced by David Glover, Tim Whitwell and Tom Clarke with Alex Nicholson as Production Exec and Leonie Buck as Production Manager.

Celebrity Handcuffed will air on Channel 4
