After Woolpack intruder knocks her unconscious.
Unaware that someone has deliberately severed the external mains cable, Chas is unimpressed when the Woolpack electric cuts out. With no other choice, Chas and Marlon have to close for the day.
A hooded figure breaks into the Woolpack, crowbars open the till and pockets the money. When Charity catches the intruder, she's knocked over and the intruder flees leaving Charity lying unconscious in a pool of blood.
On Main Street, Chas reels as a semi-conscious Charity is taken off to hospital in the back of an ambulance. At the hospital, a distraught Chas reveals to Paddy that Charity has a bleed on the brain. Breaking down, she desperately hopes Charity can pull through.
The next day, PC Swirling arrives to investigate the pub robbery and it's not long before he becomes suspicious.
