Charity's plan for Liam to befriend Mackenzie backfires in Emmerdale

Could blackmail force his hand?

Despite Ross being in Liverpool with his brother. Charity continues to fume at his burgeoning friendship with Mack.

When Liam remarks on this "sweet" bromance, Charity seizes on this and railroads Liam into starting a friendship with Mackenzie, hoping that he might be a best mate replacement for Ross.

However, the next day, the plan fails when Liam and Mackenzie fall out during a gaming session and Liam insists to Charity a non-starter. But Charity finds out information about Liam and blackmails him into giving the friendship another try.

Meanwhile, Liam and Chas are both keeping different secrets, but as they go to confide in each other, they opt to keep them to themselves
