In the undertakers, Christina observes George as he talks Tim and Lucy through plaque options for her mum, determined to learn all she can about the job.

When George shows Christina how to use the computer to view Rachel Parkinson’s file, he explains that the deceased is Lucy’s mother. Quietly horrified, Christina hurries out.

Later, as Christina opens up to George, she's appreciative when he listens without judgement and tells her that he's there for her.
