At the hospital, Misbah tells Caleb that his test results suggest he’s perfectly well and Jonah feigns concern.

Meanwhile, when Sebastian is released from hospital, Warren tells neighbour Jonah that he must be extra-cautious given his weak immune system. This gives Jonah an idea as he enforces a lockdown at the Keanes' house to “protect” Caleb from infections.

Thinking Jonah is being overprotective, Maddox sneaks Caleb out of the house and, at the park kiosk, Maddox beams that he has applied for a live music permit and Kathleen-Angel can be their first act, and they have a drink to celebrate.

Taking precautions, Jonah sprays disinfectant around the house and tells Beth that Caleb was having night terrors. And when Beth comforts Jonah, he continues to lead Caleb to believe he’s not well.

Later, after seeking solace with Cindy, Maddox heads to school after crashing on his 'auntie’s' couch. Whilst Cindy and Mercedes discuss the children they have lost.

At The Dog, a drunken Cindy gushes about Maddox to Dee Dee, and a slip of the tongue makes her suspicious. And Cindy soon opens up to Darren.

Later, as Frankie talks to Dee Dee, pieces start falling into place, and Dee Dee tells Maddox that she thinks Cindy could be his biological mother.

During a scuffle, the pills Jonah has been hiding now lie in plain sight. Will anybody spot them?
