As Jodie makes a veiled dig at David about saying her name, he squirms, and shares his worries with Maria, who advises him to come clean with Shona and tell her how Jodie reckons he called her by name. Will David take her advice?

At the salon, Maria reveals that Sarah has forgotten Bethany’s birthday, and she's taken aback when Gary leaps to Sarah’s defence.

Later, the family gather at the bistro for Bethany’s birthday party, but as Jodie bangs on about Theo’s murder, the atmosphere is ruined.
