When a hotel guest makes a complaint to Debbie, she responds rudely, and the astounded guest films her on his phone.

Managing to diffuse the situation, Ryan gets the guest to delete the footage and is stunned when Debbie kisses him full on the lips to say thank you!

Confiding in Ronnie over his worries about Debbie’s dementia, Ryan tells him about the kiss. Ronnie reels whilst Debbie’s oblivious.

Later, Ryan warns Debbie that he was only looking out for her and her next assistant manager might not be quite so understanding.
