Dee Dee spirals after Diane’s heartbreaking final wish is revealed in Hollyoaks

Can the family stay together after Diane’s funeral?

It’s the day of Diane’s funeral, and after secretly opening the letter Diane left for Tony, Dee Dee is heartbroken to read her mum’s wish for Tony to move on and chooses to hide the letter.

As Tony hands the letters out to the children, he panics when he realises his letter is missing.

And Ste and Leela turn up as he frantically looks for his letters. As he’s comforted by Leela, we hear the last sentence of his letter. Diane wants Tony to fall in love with Leela.

Suspicious, Dee Dee gives Leela the cold shoulder, and the villagers gather to pay their respects and say goodbye to Diane.

As Leela raises a toast to irreplaceable Diane at the wake, Dee Dee has some harsh words and publicly confronts Leela, accusing her of wanting to replace Diane.

Meanwhile, Ant wears sunglasses to hide his tears, but Kathleen-Angel assures him he doesn’t have to hide in front of her.

Later on in the week, Ro and Ant go to their dad for answers on why Dee Dee is acting strange. What will he tell them?

Meanwhile, Trina finds Dee Dee in the park drinking wine and brings out a bag of ketamine, which she stole from her sister. Grieving, Dee Dee decides to take the ket, hoping she might be able to see her mum again.

As Tony struggles to look after Eva, Ant steps in, and Tony worries when Dee Dee fails to arrive home and ignores his calls.

The next day. Tony grills Dee Dee on the state she came home in last night. And soon, Maddox properly introduces himself to Dee Dee.
