Struggling with the strain of treatment, Denise confides in Chelsea and Kim after distracting herself by playing matchmaker with Amy and Denzel.

Encouraged by Phil to open up to Jack, Denise instead finds herself questioning whether she should continue treatment.

Meanwhile, Amy agrees to visit Craig at his, but is unsettled when he suggests they sleep together.

As Kim continues probing Amy about her mystery boyfriend, their conversation is interrupted when Denise feels faint.

Amy accuses Denise of shutting her out, sparking a row, and after overhearing Amy and Avani arguing, Ash learns about Denise's diagnosis and offers her reassurance.

Craig is devastated after losing his job, prompting Amy to question what happened, whilst Jack tells Callum that Craig was under investigation for gross misconduct.

Painting himself as the victim to Amy, Craig reveals plans to leave Walford.

Later, Amy and Denise reconcile before Craig manipulates her further when she suggests slowing things down. But Jack's own emotional struggles push Amy closer to Craig.

At the hospital, Jack and Amy finally clear the air, but when he presses for details about her boyfriend, she shuts down and returns to Craig.

Meanwhile, Ash's feud with Suki is interrupted as Ash quickly springs into action when Denise collapses.
