Dev struggles to cope following Asha's actions in Corrie

Having finally enjoyed their wedding night at the hotel, Bernie tells Dev that she’s worried about Asha.

In the shop, an exhausted Asha swigs from a bottle of wine before suddenly instructing Brody to mind the shop and heading out. As Brody panics, Asha heads down the street in tears.

Back at the pub, Dev takes a call from Amy, who thanks to Theo, has found Asha and races out. As the paramedic tends to Asha, Dev and Amy are quizzed as to whether she might have taken any drugs in addition to the wine.

In A&E, a fraught Dev waits for news before Sienna approaches, tentatively revealing that they did find drugs on Asha, and Dev reels after Bernie asks if Asha tried to kill herself.

Struggling to mask his emotions, Dev confides in Bernie that he can’t help feeling angry that Asha was prepared to put the family through so much pain.

Later, Dev visits Asha. Will she be OK?
