With Diane hungover on her birthday, Tony has thrown a surprise party for her at The Dog, but she has been drinking already and reacts badly, upsetting herself and Ro.

As Tony tries to talk to Diane about her drinking and anxiety, he worries that she is self-medicating but she is defensive.

Later, Diane opens up about the stress of the children and Ro transitioning.
