Can Rex redeem himself?

Tony helps Ste as he is discharged from hospital into Leela’s care, but Ste’s desperate to go back to his old life and to their flat where he last saw James.
But Tony has to break the news to him that the house has been sold. At the Lomaxes, Ste is in shock and the reception falls flat.
When Leela and Joel try and explain that their decision was down to paying for Lucas’s solicitor and Leah’s uni fees, Ste blames Leela for Lucas being locked up and Leah getting pregnant.
Later, Ste tries to take baby James for a walk to Price Slice and rails at Rex when he tries to help him. Telling him that he and his family are evil and are responsible for James’ death.
When Rex insists he is on a path of redemption, Ste opens up and sobs in his arms as he breaks down.
Meanwhile, when Frankie sees Dillon with baby James, she reckons she has worked out that he is father and confronts him.
