But they’re horrified when Stuart calls The Vic.
He lets slip about Halfway’s visit leaving them all disgusted at his betrayal and when Stuart calls again, he drops a bombshell for Mick.
Furious, Mick sets off to confront Stuart but is confused when he arrives and finds Stuart has laid out some tools for him, wanting him to take his revenge. As tensions rise, Mick decides to leave but after some goading from Stuart, he explodes. But what will he do?
Elsewhere, Tina is furious to learn that Dylan has retracted his statement but when he later explains that Stuart’s been intimidating him and he’s scared for his life she agrees to let him stay the night at The Vic.
With everyone on edge, Halfway asks Whitney to stay with him to ensure her protection and as everyone goes to bed a restless Mick can’t sleep and takes Lady Di out for a walk.
However, unbeknownst to everyone, Stuart lays in wait in The Vic and disaster soon strikes as a gunshot rings round the Square but who has been shot?
