EMMERDALE SPOILERS Doug puts himself at danger fixing the B&B

But will he regret not calling in the builders?

The Dingle family are upset after Gerry unwittingly blows the secret of Belle and Lachlan’s plans to open the bar in the B&B.

Meanwhile, at the B&B Diane notices a crack above the door and the next day asks Doug to call the builders in to fix it.

However Doug is determined to do the work himself especially after receiving an expensive quote. At the B&B Doug is up the ladder pulling plaster from the cracked lintel, but is everything as safe as it should be?

Or could Doug’s loose lintel be an accident waiting to happen?
