Together, they come up with a scheme to try and wrestle control of the Haulage firm away from Graham, which they hope will solve both their money problems. First step is to prepare the paperwork they're going to use to trick Graham into signing.
As they let themselves in to Home Farm, they find Graham passed out on the sofa and get him to drunkenly sign the paperwork.
