FIRST LOOK I Am Helen

Dominic Savage's anthology drama returns with Nicola Coughlan.

Channel 4 has released a first look at Nicola Coughlan and Joe Cole in the two-part drama I Am Helen, which continues Dominic Savage's anthology series I Am, which explores the experience of womanhood within a world shaped by masculine power, aggression, and control.

Told through a female lens, the story examines the pressures and expectations placed on women while confronting the realities of toxic masculinity and the damage it can create in modern relationships. This time, the story was developed by Savage with Nicola Coughlan.

I Am Helen follows the standout success of three previous I Am series, authentically exploring the personal experiences of women through provocative, emotionally raw storytelling. 

Made by Me+You Productions, I Am Helen is created, written and directed by Dominic Savage, produced by Krishnendu Majumdar and Dominic Savage and executive produced by Richard Yee.

I Am Helen will air later this year on Channel 4
