Sharon Horgan is back!



HBO Max has released a first look at Sharon Horgan's new comedy Youth, which follows a 50-year-old divorcee’s search for sex and love whilst juggling caring for her ailing parents and parenting her should-be grown-up son.



Starring alongside Sharon Horgan will be Anne Reid, Aran Murphy, Freddie Fox, Rupert Friend, Sharlene Whyte and Harriet Walter.


Made by Merman, Youth is written by Sharon Horgan, directed by Dawn Shadforth, and executive produced by Horgan and Shadforth alongside Faye Dorn for Merman and Jim Kleverweis.

Sharon Horgan juggling sex, love, and caring for her parents while parenting a grown-ish son sounds like my exact midlife nightmare—can’t wait to see how she turns it into comedy. That cast with Freddie Fox and Harriet Walter is stacked too.
