But will she make it to her new life in London?

 11-17 APRIL

Frankie prepares to say her goodbyes as she’s moving to London for dance school this evening. And proud parents Darren and Nancy gift Frankie with some new ballet shoes ready for her studies.

Meanwhile, new characters Beth, Jonah and Caleb are introduced as they pack up their belongings, ready to surprise their family living in Hollyoaks and start a new life there.

At The Loft, Frankie’s leaving party is in full swing, and as Darren makes an emotional speech, thinking of the milestones she’ll miss with her children, Diane rushes off to the bathroom. And Leela follows to offer comfort.

Later, Frankie is happy to hear that Charlie and Vicky have planned a date, and as she bids farewell to her friends and family, Charlie sets off to get her to the train on time with Vicky accompanying them.

Realising Frankie left her ballet shoes behind, sober Tony offers to drive to the station to catch up with them. Doubting Jack’s navigator abilities, Diane asks Leela to go with the two men before confiding in Nancy that she thinks Leela might be good for Tony.

As The Keanes enjoy the drive together, excited for their new beginning, Caleb notices that his phone needs charging, and undoes his seatbelt to find his charger.

Soon, Frankie also realises that she’s left her ballet shoes behind, and Charlie turns the car round, speeding up to keep time.

When they find themselves behind the Keane removal van, they get impatient and try to overtake, but when Frankie goes to beep the horn, it causes Charlie to swerve, clipping the van and driving both vehicles off the road!

With Jack asleep in the back, Leela helps Tony navigate his way to the station, but Jack is suddenly woken up when Leela spots a van turned over on the side of the road.

Meanwhile, with Charlie still out and Darren passed out, Nancy chats to Diane on the phone and admits, selfishly, she’s going to miss her friend.

On Wednesday, the aftermath of the crash continues…

Hollyoaks continues Monday to Wednesday at 7pm on E4 with first look episodes available at 7am on Channel 4 streaming
