Gary and Sarah are there for one another in Corrie as they struggle in their relationships

When Maria catches Gary’s confession on camera, how will she react?

FOR WEEK COMMENCING 8TH APRIL

Despite Liam announcing that he feels ready to return to school, Maria refuses to discuss it which leaves Gary hurt as Maria implies that he isn't Liam's real dad as she tells him it's different for her.

On the street, Sarah confides in Gary that it’s Damon’s sentencing today and in turn, Gary tells her about Liam’s suicidal thoughts.

Having invited her back to the flat, Gary tells Sarah about Maria’s overprotective behaviour and how it’s ruining their relationship.

But as Maria checks her camera app, she’s intrigued to see Sarah and Gary in the flat. Turning up the volume, Maria hears their conversation and is left feeling hurt.

When Sarah takes a call from Dee-Dee, telling her that Damon got six years, she starts to cry as Gary takes her in his arms.
