George confronts Eddie one final time after he reveals he’s dying in EastEnders

But can Nicola keep Eddie away from her family?

When Nicola and George return home from the hospital, they're surprised with a welcome home party for the baby.

Overwhelmed, Nicola orders everyone to leave, but she and Gina later share a heart-to-heart.

Nicola is warmed watching George be a dad, but the pair are soon at loggerheads when Nicola discovers George has had his phone switched off and he has missed calls which she assumes are from the hospital.

Shocked by the identity of the caller, Nicola heads to the hospital to confront them. It’s Eddie Knight who reveals he’s dying.

When George questions her on her whereabouts, Nicola lies, but is soon rumbled when he finds a parking ticket for the hospital, and she is forced to come clean.

Heading to the hospital to see Eddie, George is shocked by his fragility. And Gina and Kojo are shocked to learn about his whereabouts.

As George faces questions from his family, he heads to see Eddie one final time.

Meanwhile, Harry agrees to lend Gina money from Harry’s Barn to help with the Knight Fusion accounts.

Later, Nicola is shocked when her accountant reveals Harry’s Barn is in the red, and Gina and Harry finally come clean when confronted, but Harry begs Nicola not to sell Harry’s Barn.

After heading to the hospital to tell Eddie to keep away from her family, Nicola tries to support George.
