Imran will stop at nothing to win Kelly's case in Corrie

As Jack buys him time, by naming and shaming Corey online.

When Imran’s ex-wife Sabeen calls into the office wanting to see Imran, Adam is surprised and Imran is left gobsmacked after he's told that Sabeen is waiting for him in the bistro.

Finding her waiting in the bistro, Imran is keen to pick Sabeen's brains about Kelly's case and is shocked when Sabeen informs him she’s a barrister on Corey’s large defence team, and he doesn’t stand a chance of securing Kelly’s acquittal.

Calling on Imran, Sabeen suggests it could benefit them both if they ask the court to take account of Kelly and Corey’s ages during the trial.

Meanwhile, a worried Abi tells Kevin she’s heard whispers that Tommy Orpington has been lined up as a character witness for Corey. And Sally assures Jack that Tommy wouldn’t support Corey if he knew the truth.

When Abi’s liaison officer Alison talks to Kevin about the trial next week, she scoffs at Kelly and Corey for having their identities protected.

Toyah is dismayed when Simon reveals that Corey’s identity has been leaked online on a Tommy Orpington fansite. And Abi is devastated that Corey being named online may jeopardise the trial.

As Imran volunteers Toyah to sit in court with Kelly, the police call to speak to Jack about the online posts and when Abi accuses Imran of using Jack’s mistake to delay the trial, Toyah is shocked to discover that's exactly what he's doing.

Imran vows that, no matter how unpopular it makes him, he will stop at nothing to win.

At the pre-trial review, Imran and Sabeen lock horns after Imran reveals he has new evidence about the blood splatters on Kelly’s trainers. However, when Kelly and Corey are offered a reduced plea to manslaughter, he's conflicted.

Meanwhile, after visiting a terrified Kelly who's convinced that she will end up in prison for life, Simon approaches Nina in the cafe and begs her to remember what happened during the attack as she's Kelly's last hope.

With Nina shaken, a furious Roy throws Simon out!
