James reaches his limit with Lucas as it all gets too much for the teen in Hollyoaks

How long can James keep his dark side hidden for?

Once again, Lucas finds himself in James’ bad book and as they come head-to-head with each other, Lucas walks out and apologises to Dillon for his behaviour the previous week.

But when Scott finds Lucas graffitiing outside the Youth Centre, he pleads with Scott to not tell his dad.

Meanwhile, when Maxine discovers her mum won’t be coming for Christmas, Scott invites her and Minnie to join him and the family and Leah helps James find a Christmas present for Ste.

Later, during his punishment of clearing up the graffiti, Lucas gets carried away flirting with Maxine and when she and Scott threaten to get James involved, his outburst leaves a window of the Youth Centre smashed.

Discovering a bruise on Lucas’ head, Leah tells her dad her brother has been fighting again. Not wanting to be around his family, Lucas runs off and bumps into Dillon.

As Ste tries to comfort James, who he presumes is struggling without Juliet, Dillon tries to get Lucas to open up. But before he can get the truth out of him he throws up from the booze they’ve been sharing and Dillon tries to help Lucas.

Hollyoaks continues Mondays to Fridays at 7pm on E4 with first look episodes available weekdays at 7.30pm on Channel 4 streaming
