Janine is fuming over Mick and Linda's closeness in EastEnders

But when she receives some good news, what could it be?

When they arrive back at The Vic, Shirley tells Janine that Linda called in sick, and she becomes convinced Mick was late because he was with his ex-wife.

And Janine's paranoia increases when Karen accidentally tells her that Mick and Linda went shopping for Ollie’s school shoes.

Later, after calling the registrar, Janine is fuming when Mick lets her know that he'll be joining Linda on a trip to buy Ollie’s Christmas presents together. However, she soon cheers up when she gets some good news.

EastEnders continues Mondays to Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One
