But when Jean and Ruby clash, are they about to spill each other's truths?
When Jean returns to Walford, she quickly realises that Ruby hasn’t told Martin the truth as promised. Trying her best to distract Martin, Ruby can't stop him leaving.
Sure that Jean is going to open up about her diagnosis, Martin is ushered away suddenly as she's distracted. It's revealed that the marijuana in the garage didn’t die whilst Jean was away as she planned. In fact, it's grown more than ever and she has no idea what to do with a huge tropical drugs den!
As Martin comes home, Ruby panics, certain that Jean has told him everything. Instead, he explains he was chucked out and she hides her relief - making Martin certain that something's really wrong with Jean now.
Meanwhile, Shirley has been summoned by Jean who shows her the garage, pleading for help.
As they set their plan in motion, Jean tries her best to be as uninvolved in the criminal activity as possible.
Sure she can smell something, Ruby is ignored, but later when she returns it's clear that Shirley and Jean are hiding something.
As Martin tries to reach Jean again, Ruby distracts him but he gets a call from Lily’s school - she's been caught with weed at school. Lily insists it’s from a classmate. but it’s the final piece that Ruby needed to confirm her suspicions.
When Jean sees Ruby, she tells her that she's telling Martin the truth today, forcing Ruby to make a decision.
