But who is Olivia? And what will Jodie's next move be?

 21-27 FEBRUARY

When Jodie receives a text from Carl, she takes Shona’s advice and sends him a reply telling him to do one.

Dismissing a frosty Carl, Shona heads down the street, unaware that she’s being followed by someone clutching a locket identical to hers.

Berating Jodie for failing to clear up David the dog’s poo, Toyah gives her a lecture, and as she heads off, Jodie casts her an evil look before being suddenly distracted by someone calling her name.

When Olivia appears, Jodie masks her unease as she’s quizzed as to why she left and reminds her that she used to say how much she enjoyed looking after her and her brother.

As Jodie struggles to find an answer, how will she get out of this?

Later, checking the coast is clear, Jodie retrieves a box from the cupboard which reveals a new secret she’s been keeping…

Treating Jodie to a pamper day to thank her for all her help, Shona raises a toast to Jodie, while Maria and Bethany enthuse about David and Shona, labelling them the perfect couple, which leaves Jodie irked by the praise.

Later, at No.8, an upset Shona wonders how on earth she’s managed to lose her wedding ring.

When David returns home to find Jodie with her arm down the back of the armchair, she explains how she can feel Shona’s wedding ring, but it’s just out of reach and needs his help.

As David crouches down next to her, it’s clear that Jodie is enjoying their close proximity. Will David and Jodie find the missing ring?

In a bid to cause friction, Jodie deliberately sets up David to make Shona believe he hasn’t done the chores. And in the café, when a downbeat Shona confides in Bethany that she and David hardly get to see each other at the moment, Bethany has an idea.

Coronation Street continues Monday to Friday at 8.30pm on ITV1 with first look episodes available from 7am on ITVX
