As the day of the grand opening of Boxing Den arrives, Kat, Sharon and Phil host an opening event.
When one of the boxers falls ill, Ben, eager to help, steps in at the last minute to take part in a demo, but it doesn't go his way.
Meanwhile, Keanu is downbeat as he’s dismissed by Sharon once again. However, after some words of encouragement from Sam, and Karen who begrudgingly shares her advice, Keanu makes a declaration of love at the gym.
In front of stunned onlookers, Keanu proposes to a horrified Sharon! Hurrying after a shocked and angry Sharon, Keanu declares his love once more.
Later, Kat arrives and encourages Sharon to listen to her heart. As she remains torn, a frank conversation with Sam convinces her to re-think and she invites Keanu over.
