Today it has been announced that former Eternal band member Kelle Bryan will be joining Hollyoaks as Martine Deveraux.
Kelle will join the soap in October as air hostess and sister of Simone Loveday, Martine. She arrives on Leela and Louis’s doorstep soon after Louis’ return to Hollyoaks village, dropping a bombshell.
Speaking about joining the soap, Kelle said “I watched Hollyoaks back in the day and loved it, so to be joining the team is just fab! It's a stellar cast of actors and we are simply having a blast working together.
Playing Miss Deveraux is such fun - she says and does all of the things I would never dare to do. I'm blessed to have some diverse and thought-provoking story lines that I am personally passionate about and looking forward to getting my teeth stuck into. Enjoy the ride!”
Kelle is a singer, actress, television personality and best known for her role in one of Britain’s most successful R&B groups, Eternal and has performed in many Musical Theatre productions with her West End debut being in 2017 in Wings. She has also appeared in a number of TV roles including The Bill and Me & Mrs Jones.
