Kim and Will come up with a plan as Rose remains missing in Emmerdale

But after hearing the truth, what is Caleb's plan with Ruby?

FOR WEEK COMMENCING 5 AUGUST

Last week after Kim uncovered the plot, Rose mysteriously went missing and we are still in the dark as to who was responsible and what has happened to Rose.

This week, Will and Kim look guilty and both wonder about the other and continue to snap at one another. When Dawn arrives, they hide their guilt and Will’s at a loss for how to reply when Dawn suggests they hire a private investigator to find Rose.

Later that morning, Will raises the private investigator quandary with Kim and she tries to come up with a plan. Seeing Caleb, Kim relishes in revealing what his wife has been up to. Meanwhile, Ruby worries how Caleb will react when he finds out what she has done.

Before long, Kim proposes she and Will send a message from Rose’s phone to put Dawn off the scent and to call off her search, But Will is more preoccupied with how Kim got Rose’s phone in the first place.

Ruby’s bafflement grows as a wordless Caleb takes her to a mysterious depot and gets out. What is his plan?

Meanwhile, Dawn’s broken to receive a message from Rose saying she’s not coming back. And there are still trust issues between Will and Kim. Privately, Kim opens up to Lydia about her crumbling marriage and before long, Will’s close to confessing the truth about his dalliance to Kim. But suddenly the goal posts move.
