When Bethany demands to know what’s going on, Kit tells her about Gary’s involvement in Theo’s murder and how, if they can prove that he’s the reason Sarah didn’t go to the police at the time, it could lessen her sentence.

As he pores over the data from Gary’s phone, Kit discovers something.
