Kojo's birthday takes a dark turn as Ravi breaks his promise in EastEnders

But can George uncover the truth before it's too late?

 16-22 AUGUST

After promising to take Priya and the kids shopping, Ravi gets waylaid when Okie reports that the police have raided their base and he decides to move the whole operation to Kojo’s flat, much to Harry’s horror.

Back at home, Priya confronts Ravi about letting Avani down, but their argument takes an unexpected turn and things get passionate.

Later, Ravi promises Priya that he’ll find a legit way to get back on his feet and they agree to give their relationship another go. However, financial pressure leads to Ravi breaking his promise almost immediately as he ups his drug dealingactivities.

On Kojo’s birthday, Harry is tasked with keeping him out of the flat all day. And whilst George and the Knights have a celebration drink for him in The Vic, Kojo is excited that George intends to take him out for the day.

However, George gets sidetracked and Kojo heads home where he finds Okie and his acquaintances have taken over the place.

After Okie gives Kojo a pill, promising it’ll calm him down, George finds Kojo in a terrible state and realises he’s taken drugs.

As George gets Kojo to Phil’s place, he’s shaken when Jack arrives and after discovering he took drugs, explains he’ll need to arrest Kojo.

Convinced Harry gave Kojo the drugs, George makes it his mission to get the truth, leading to a confrontation that drags in Nicola and Gina too.

After Ravi puts him in charge of getting Kojo back at the flat and under their control, Harry successfully convinces Kojo to trust him and promises not to let anything happen to him. So when George interrupts them with accusations against Harry, Kojo backs him up.
