Lexi's heartbreak over Nigel's situation deepens in EastEnders

But will Phil visit him in the care home?

As Phil continues to avoid seeing Nigel in the care home, he offers to accompany Sam to radiotherapy instead. But the pair are sidetracked when Callum arrives with Lexi, who misses Nigel.

Without Phil, Lexi, Julie and Callum head to the care home to see Nigel.

Later, Lexi feigns illness to skip school so that she can spend the day with Phil and Sam, and Callum tells Lexi that she needs to speak to the doctor if she has any more time off.

It’s clear Lexi is hiding her true upset about Nigel.
