Whose side is he on?
As Patrick invites Lola and Isaac to lunch, Isaac senses tension between Patrick and Sheree as Patrick explains that he wants to do the stroke trial.
Later at lunch, Sheree is exasperated at Patrick’s decision. His medical history and the fact that he is a black man puts him at greater risk. She tries to get Isaac to help her talk him out of it, but Patrick is determined that that’s exactly why he should do it.
Isaac tries to tell his mum that it’s up to Patrick but later as he takes Patrick’s phone, Lola suspiciously watches on and later asks him why he took Patrick’s phone.
