Lydia publicly accuses Sam of cheating after believing Kim's suspicions in Emmerdale

But can Lydia and Sam recover from this?

As his dancing shows real signs of improvement, Sam lies to Kim about his whereabouts. But when she sees him sneaking out of Laurel’s house, Kim believes her suspicions are confirmed, and that he is having an affair with Laurel.

Meanwhile, when Ross wants to take her out, he makes Laurel feel uneasy as their relationship seems to be deepening.

Nicola is perturbed to learn that Laurel is feeling guilty that Ross is seeing their fling as something serious. And Laurel later upsets Ross when she ends their affair before it becomes too serious.

When Kim reveals her suspicions about Sam, Lydia is left feeling devastated, and Kim immediately regrets it. But when Lydia starts to believe Kim's theory about Sam's infidelity, she offers to go with her to confront him.

Walking into The Woolpack, Lydia spots Sam hugging Laurel, and all of her worst fears have been confirmed.

With Kim’s encouragement, Lydia fronts up to Sam and confronts him over his supposed affair. And the pub falls silent as she makes her tear-streaked accusation.
