Mack pushes Ross over the edge as tensions explode in Emmerdale

Has he gone too far this time?

With Ross still unaware that Mack knows the truth, when he asks Ross for help with a job at the farm, it is clear that something darker is afoot, so Ross tries to subtly check whether he and Mack are okay. When Mack assures him they are, the pair head off together.

However, a simmering tension from Mack towards Ross builds as they load bags from a trailer, and things soon come to a head.

As they argue and tussle on the barn's mezzanine, the situation becomes precarious, and Ross is pushed over the edge.

DS Reid arrives in the village to ask Vanessa some questions about Todd, telling her a serious allegation has been made against her ex. After her encounter with the police, Vanessa starts asking questions.

When Kev finds him injured in the barn, Ross accidentally lets slip that Leyla is his baby. Can Ross get Kev to keep this secret?

Later, when Nicola asks Ross how things are going with their Kev problem, he assures her it’s dealt with.

Meanwhile, Chas is shocked and annoyed to learn Charity has told Mack the truth about Leyla’s parentage. As the pair worry Sarah will find out, Chas vows to help keep it under wraps.

As Charity and Chas begin to plot, Charity almost comes clean about the rape, but is interrupted by Liam entering with tipsy Mack.

As Mack grows increasingly worried about Charity, he calls to see if Vanessa has seen her, whilst Charity takes a step towards survival as she attends a rape victim support group.
