But after another encounter with the woman who interviewed her for the Business Woman of the Year award, Martine stands up to her when she is rude again, and their encounter makes Martine come to a realisation.

Meeting with Misbah in Salon De The, Martine confides in her about her biggest fears, not wanting breast cancer to define her.
