Mercedes throws Warren a surprise birthday party to cheer him up in Hollyoaks

But when there's a knock at the door, who's the surprise guest?

With Mercedes looking forward to finally getting to see her son, Felix doesn't want to take the credit for Bobby's change of heart and wants to confess all.

But with Warren uninterested in being thanked, he tells his best friend to keep the truth between them. And after a rocky start, Bobby leaves his mum with a question that she answers without haste.

Meanwhile, with Warren moodier than usual, Mercedes and Felix want to get him out of his slump and decide to throw him a surprise birthday party. And a conversation between the grumpy mechanic and Misbah sparks an idea in the McQueens' head on how to make the party extra special.

Soon, Mercedes is given a surprise herself when Warren says his birthday isn’t until next week! However, the promise of seeing the twins gets him to agree to attend the party they’re throwing for him.

Over at the McQueens, having blown out his candles, Warren admits he wishes his mum was there. But for what reason? And everyone's left feeling on edge when there's a knock on the door. Who could it be?
