New headteacher Nancy disowns Charlie in Hollyoaks after shock drug admission

How far is Charlie willing to go to secure more drugs?

When Sally and Darren fear Nancy isn’t confident in her new position, Darren plans to make her realise how brilliant she is.

Meanwhile, when Hunter arrives nervously at Hollyaoks High to prepare his classroom for his upcoming first day, Nancy throws him in the deep end by making him start earlier than planned.

Later, we see Hunter unable to control the wild group of kids screaming and fighting around the classroom. But will he be able to turn things around?

Elsewhere, Charlie escapes Hollyoaks High for a few minutes to meet his dealer, Taz. But when teacher Beau catches wind of this, he runs out to find him. After smelling cannabis on school grounds, he prompts a locker search.

With a stern Nancy operating a no-nonsense approach at the school, the students wonder why the new headteacher is being so strict. Charlie doesn’t think they should put up with it, so he sets off the fire alarm, but Nancy will not let this one slide.

She tells all students outside that everyone is in detention until the person responsible comes clean. With all eyes on Charlie, he soon confesses and Darren tries to mediate between Nancy and Charlie.

Meanwhile, low on cash, Charlie pleads with his dealer, Taz, for more drugs, but to no avail. Desperate, he steals his dealer’s stash and runs. Upon his return home, Nancy loses her temper, exclaiming that he is clearly no son of hers because of the way he is behaving!

Hollyoaks continues Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4 with first look episodes available weekday mornings on All4 and weekday evenings at 7pm on E4
