Is Dee-Dee about to find out what Adam has been up to?

As John awaits his chemo, Adam quizzes him about his true whereabouts on the night of Natasha’s murder and calling Harvey in prison, tells him there’s a problem with John’s evidence as there’s CCTV footage of him visiting a shop when he was supposedly murdering Natasha.
When Harvey instructs him to destroy the footage, Adam despairs.
Nick is shocked when a family liaison officer calls to tell him that another man has come forward claiming that he killed Natasha and Harvey is planning an appeal.
When Nick and Leanne tell Sarah and Damon about Harvey’s appeal, Damon reckons that Harvey must be paying someone to carry the can.
And when Nick tells Dee-Dee about Harvey’s appeal and how worried he is for Sam’s sake, she asks him for all the details and promises to look into it.
Returning to the office, Dee-Dee looks Adam straight in the eye and asks him if he’s working on Harvey’s appeal. Has he been found out?
