Paddy's fear of dogs takes over at work in Emmerdale

Can he overcome his fear?

 12-18 JULY

Paddy puts on a brave face in front of Mandy as he prepares to manage a day in the Vets alone. And he's pleased to be coping well, until a customer with a large dog arrives.

Struggling to contain his panic, Paddy is unable to treat the animal, and as he shuts up shop, we see he’s totally incapacitated with fear.

The next day Paddy’s calls in sick but opens up to Mandy about his fear of dogs. Will a meeting with friendly Chip help Paddy overcome his fears?

Meanwhile, we finally see Bear. But he’s a long way from reaching out to his son.
