Patrick’s big win leaves him fighting for his life following shock attack in EastEnders

Later, Kim and Howie come to blows when he reveals he overheard Kim talking to Denise about his lack of cash. And Yolande lambasts Patrick for betting and calls the wedding off.

As they family head to The Vic for a drink, they are unaware of the events unfolding for Patrick at home as Oscar breaks into No.20 to steal Patrick’s winnings.

When Patrick catches him, Oscar pushes him causing him to fall to the floor unconscious, and panics.

As Oscar makes to leave, Howie returns but Oscar hides before making a dash for it, and Howie doesn’t spot his face.

Returning home from the pub, Kim and Denise are shocked to be greeted by the scene. Inconsolable, Yolande and the family head to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Lauren grows suspicious of Oscar following his concern for Patrick, and later intercepts him as he makes to leave Walford she confronts him with the stolen money.

At the hospital, as Yolande, Kim and Denise anxiously wait for an update on Patrick, the police arrive to take a witness statement from Howie.
